The first night I played it was fun but getting killed all the time was annoying, tonight was awesome!!! Statting to get the hang of it and really enjoying myself on the server. Great fun playing with the Ghost guys as well as the Borg!
After everyone left Jcadger and I had a pretty awesome 2v2 battle with two of the IAm guys (not and someone else) for Luke. Several respawns for both groups, a destroyed Marshall, mines everywhere, and a glorious end with Cadger taking an AP round from his former .50 to the mind. Meanwhile the BrianTaco combo was still getting its shit kicked by NPCs.
Yup yup! Solidified for me that the Engineer/Support Gunner role is where I most enjoy my time! I can't wait for the new LMGs and a bipod to really become effective

note to self, having to wait for the rotors to spin up can cause issues when trying to keep a little bird from sliding down the side of a ridge it spawned on.
Usually little birds are the only ones you can pull that stunt in. All the others are too heavy and never build up enough lift before they find something that is envious of the chopper's flight. A rock, a tree, another hill, or just a pissed off foot soldier.
