    Could it be possible to create a company mailing list? So if you wanted to send a PM to everyone in the company you could send 1 message, instead of needing to send 3?

    There is no way to do it within the forums themselves, as nowhere on the forums are members actually assigned to Companies. That'd be a good thing for a CCO to build for themselves though!

    I guess I am not following you. Are you saying it is possible to create a mailing group? I could enter all the individual members of the company into a group, then if I ever wanted to PM them all I would only for example type "322 company" in the recipients instead of each individual?

    I think he's saying just get everybody to send you their email address then send a mass email through your email service (gmail, hotmail, etc), separate from the website.

    Well, .txt file, all names in a format for the email, copy paste. If Chris can up the limit, problem solved. :D
