I direct your attention to the damage stat. ...and that's increased by a further 40% when they drop below 30% health. I apologize for the shitty quality. Had to do a quick printscreen when I saw that.
I'm switching between playing my monk and my crusader, my crusader isn't level 70 as of yet, but I swear to fucking god every legendary drop happens on the crusader and not my level 70 monk...
To be fair, that is a perfect storm. -Damage increased by 25% when rage is full. -Damage increased by 20% with three enemies within 12 yards. -Strength increased by 25% with full rampage stacks. I won't likely use the full rage passive with my current build. I feel like that tends to be less than optimal damage in most circumstances.
Randomly found this after the latest patch: With the latest drop buff, here is a list of legendary drop rates white in rifts: Code: Expert: 200% T1: 230% T2: 265% T3: 304% T4: 350% T5: 403% T6: 463%

My monk is major sucking right now, only about 200k damage and 5 mil thoughness at level 70. I can do master but Torment 1 even is hard. I do have a few legendaries but just not getting the right stuff apparently to up my damage.
on my monk the saving grace was rolling sockets on both of my 1h weps and throwing the top emeralds in them, 30% crit at 380% dmg can make up for a lot of gear short comings
