so you're saying, if you leave your bellybutton unmined for long enough, you might actually find gold and jewels inside?
something to wet your whistles. 100 guns firing 2 times a minute. The Frogs and Spanish could only fire once a minute.
Muchs worse - they become Sequins. Brits perfected the Gun-Drill that's for sure. Too bad they never designed a ship on their own...
Update for Pre-orderers like myself. 4 new Ships inbound, maybe including the famous La Santasima Trinidad and the famous razeed Frigate Trincomalee.
mmmmmmmmmmmmmm... need to preorder. damn shipping speed not getting my desktop here fast enough. EDIT: Fuck it
It's fine - minimum date is 21st October, so you got loads of time to get your desktop up and running. But grats for Pre-Ordering! One of us...
I'm getting pretty pumped about this game. That invite just seals my impression that they are putting time into getting it right. Can't wait to rake your decks with cannon fire.
No, no - it's from this thread. The admin posted it as a sort of general invite thing. We'll be seeing the actual invites at the end of the month when we can download the Beta client. They hope to have the Steam version (which is the early access version of all the bells and whistles) out by December. Don't forget canister, grapeshot and muskets sweeping the weather-deck! Boarding confirmed, by the way...
Out of interest, Sea trails should be up soon - they're trying to get the boarding mechanic working properly. In the meanwhile, here. The last three pics are of particular note. Real watercolours made by one of the guys in the art team.
They have some very talented guys on their team!! Everything about this game just shouts "YES" You can see they are really into the community and not in this for short term profit, They want the games as they are fans themselvs. The same feeling i get with SC and Internal Crusade.
From Naval Action's Facebook. So we should get sea trials this week or beginning next week at the latest. So Manco, get your body ready.
