Focus Interactive are the same boyos that developed the Wargame series. This actually has a lot of potential to be a really serious strategy game.

 

Actually Eugen developed the wargame series, focus interactive is the publisher same as with this. The actual developers, as mentioned in the article, are Tindalos Interactive. They apparently made stellar impact, which I played for awhile but it never reallygot that popular. It is essentially a naval space ship mobaa with broadsides and all that.

So I guess in that sense that it is pretty close to BFG.

Well, not to be negative nancy, but it could also be Stellar Impact with a Warhammer skin. I.E, a free to play DOTA clone with microtransactions.

I at least hope it's 3D. And buy once to play.

 

honestly I'd be happy with a turn based strategy like Armageddon. If it looks half as good as it's art I'll probably play.

 

Right? I'm always on the lookout for a new turn-based tactical strategy game because dammit there just aren't enough. But this does still look pretty neat.
