So far I think I actually like Trevish's guns the most. He's basing them off more world war 2 naval guns. so far a 3", 5", 6", and 11". I think he's going to do a 16" and possibly an 8". 3"/50 Light Guns 3"/50 Single Turret (360, 270,180) = -180,135,90 to +180,135,90 traverse -10 to +80 elevation 3"/50 High Angle Turret (Large and Small)= -180 to +180 traverse +30 to +90 elevation 3"/50 Fixed Cannon 5"/50 Naval Guns 5"/50 DP Single Turret = 360 traverse, -15 to +85 elevation (also 270 and 180 traverse versions) 5"/50 DP Twin Turret = 360 traverse, -6 to +75 elevation (also 270 and 180 traverse versions) 5"/50 Casemate 90 = -45 to +45 traverse, -24 to +24 elevation 5"/50 Casemate Right and Left Sloped = -5 to +95 traverse (mirrored), -24 to +24 elevation These need a little explanation, there are 2 versions so that half your ships sloped casemates aren't upsidedown compared to the rest when/if you switch between manual control on them. There is a small black triangle indicating which side is 'up' as well as a small marker above the barrel on both of these and the standard casemate. 6"/47 Naval Guns Currently Contains: 6"/47 Quad Turret (360, 270, 180) = -180 to +180 traverse -7 to +40 elevation 6"/47 Casemate (90) = -45 to +45 traverse -25 to +25 elevation 6"/47 Angled Casemates (120) = -15 to +105 traverse (and mirrored) -25 to +25 elevation 11"/53 Naval Guns Currently contains: -11" Triple Turret AP and HE : 270 and (180) = -135 to +135 (-90 +90) traverse -8 to +40 elevation -11" Single Turret-Mate AP and HE : 140 = -70 to +70 traverse -15 to +15 elevation supposedly to scale as well. I haven't actually tested damage yet. I really like the idea of the casemates though. they don't have a large field of fire so you can do broadsides with them.
My issue with those naval guns is that they don't really fit in aesthetically compared to other examples. So far, my favorite remains the "Large Ship Railgun" mod. had no idea. all i know is they hit hard, fast and at long range (which is better than most guns i've seen)
