LaGCat was having a similar problem. He's pretty sure its an issue with some newer video cards. Mine is strictly middle of the road and i haven't encountered one glitch so far. Hopefully the issue will get sorted out for you soon.
Beard stroking fun? I wish I could enjoy it I've certainly not got new cards. 2 x 560TI. I did download the new NVIDIA drivers, maybe that's the problem
If it helps at all, I'm running a Nvidia GeForce GTX 660. It is running amazingly smooth... far better than I expected to be honest... and it still looks damn good . Processor can't be the issue unless you have something really old. I have an Intel i5 and it runs fine with no noticeable framedrop.
On a happy note, those claims of Witcher 3 being 10 times bigger than Skyrim?... I can't tell if it is 10x bigger... but it is NOTICEABLY HUGE. The world is so huge you almost have to have blinders on if you want to stay on the main story. I think I've actually turned down more quests than those I have accepted. I'm 14 hours in and still have barely scratch the surface. Have yet to see Tris or anyone from the last game still... although I'm hearing about them from other people.
that is so cool i'm way behind on these games (that steam backlog), trying to finish up the first one, hoping to start #2 tomorrow
