If any of you guys have a smoker, smoke pineapple chunks with pecan chips. Made smoked pineapple chicken kabobs tonight with friends and they were outstanding. Use this recipe and add around a tsp of ginger and garlic powder to the marinade, then smoke instead of grilling.
