    Aren't there stallion ponies though? That would imply that they aren't non-gendered, or at least that if they are non-gendered, they self-identify based on homo-normative gender stereotypes

    Well, I was just pointing out the differance between normal relations and beastiality. The Asari are well known for having sex outside their own species. But yes, ponies are a bi-gendered species.

    So if a Pony fancied a pony, THAT would be beastiality, but Pony/Human is just inter-species hanky panky

    Pony being an intelligent species native to a magical world and pony being a small horse, then yes, that would be beasitality. Pony/human is a little outside the normal of sci-fi relationships, but yes, it's just hanky panky.
