    I thought mine was up to date with the 2.9a character creation rules
    (25 XP to spend, spend 20 for Tactics level 0 for 5 XP remaining)

    Then again, I guess it wouldn't hurt to add a homeworld and starting funds...

    Bit of a conflict there, only 1 person in Dagger needs Recon. One of you can switch to Admin or Negotiation for no extra cost.
