Character info and lance sign-ups

I'll finalize my character tonight. After I go out celebrate a friend's birthday with a few beers.

 

I'm interested in playing but I have zero knowledge of tabletop rules/megamek. Coming from a pen and paper background I know how difficult it can be to bring a newbie up to speed, so I totally understand if you don't want the added time/hassle from teaching the new guy. If nothing else I'd be happy to sit in on a session or two.

 

Aud you're welcome to listen/watch on games and if you get comfortable we can pull you in as OpFor for a game or two as well. We'll probably have them scheduled somewhere in this forum when the campaign gets started. You can also do the same thing for the current Ronin campaign to help get an idea of what's going on.

 

Sounds good, it always seems like immersion is the fastest way to learn. I'll keep my eyes on the schedule.

He's a trait... wait federated suns is Davion though...

 

Not trying to be nit-picky here David but you've got SRM2 Weapon Specialist as your ability but the WSP-1 Wasp has no SRMs, only the medium laser. Would you rather go with the WSP-1A Wasp that has the ML and SRM2?
