Updated "RULING ON OWNED UNIT CONVERSION" to account for VTOL and tanker characters that had no lance funding data (they were essentially starting off broke). Check OP for new changes. For some reason it seems that the character sheet I have saved is way out of date and I don't have a copy reflecting these new changes. With that in mind, I'll choose Leadership as my first secondary of choice since that's what I had on my old character sheet (can be changed per lance reqs). Just to be sure, however, I would like to see the full character sheet you have for my character, if at all possible.

REQUESTING MECH REFIT Now that financials for Delta lance are finalized, I'd like to spend my 2 TP to refit Eastwood. The work involves replacing the PPC with an ERPPC, upgrading to double heat sinks and adding 1 ton of armor. This will leave me with 0 TP and 0 CBills. I uploaded the new .mtf file to the Submitted Designs/Delta Lance folder on the dropbox, if you have trouble finding it let me know and I'll try again tonight. It should be labelled "Clint CLNT-2-3P Eastwood".
Bad news: replacing PPC, adding heatsinks, and adding armor = 2 TP switching to double heatsinks = 2 TP that would be 4 TP (or 2 million) total in upgrades Good news: I may have been over zealous in making the DHS upgrade a more expensive endeavor. Since the DHS swap is its own thing, I'm considering dropping the price on it. Send me a PM or catch me on TS to give me your input. DON'T GIVE IT HERE!
