    Was hoping to have our Monthly Meeting earlier, but it has been a BUSY month for the Skjaldborg!

    I want to take some time at our next meeting to discuss our plans in depth for our ongoing poll (link at bottom of post).

    I would also like to discuss the results of our "special session" meeting we had last weekend during the online sales that were going on.

    We will keep things short and within the allotted hour. Afterwards, we will take a brief break and then have our regularly scheduled Run & Gun Night. If there is a particular action game you would like to play that night, please post it in this thread. I recommend the following if you have them:
    • Running WIth Rifles
    • Serious Sam 3: BFE (has VR support)
    • Unreal Tournament (3 or 2004)

    Running into schedule conflicts on my end for the meeting tomorrow. Since I haven't been able to get confirmation from anyone e;se to lead the meeting tomorrow, we are going to reschedule for Sunday (same time) the following day.

    Meeting notes!

    Tabletop simulator has been a great success for us, consider picking it up if you didn't get it already.

    We'll be revisiting the topic of the games we're promoting--nominations are closing next Friday.

    Apex, Anthem and Division II are going to be a separate vote since they're not quite there yet.

    Space Engineers is hitting 1.0 status and we'll be giving it a re-look soon.

    Ceph is organizing periodic jigsaw puzzle nights for anybody who just wants to hang out and chillax.

    I forgot to ask someone. Nice work, JP.

    Just a few things to add:
    • At the end of our nomination period this week, the vote count will be reset to account for last minute additions and then voting will begin "in earnest"; be sure to update your vote when that takes effect.
    • Voting will stay open until the conclusion of our next monthly meeting.
    • You can change your vote at ANY time while the poll is open
    • We are encouraging everyone to get out there and promote the games that you think are best suited for the Skjaldborg. Leave no stone unturned! When this poll is done, it is going to help solidify what we will "officially" be focusing on for events at least through the summer.
    • For the Looter-Shooter run-off poll, along with the others mentioned above, we will also include Destiny 2 and (maybe) Warframe (depends on what we think is fair to everyone).
    • Avorion remains a top priority after it hits release (might be delayed past Q2 2019), but Space Engineers is intended to tie us over until that day comes.
    • I forgot to mention this, but I will be posting the official changes to the Berserker rank at the same time we are closing nominations and beginning voting (don't worry, if you are active, you have nothing to worry about and if you are not... you still have nothing to worry about).
