This week, on MechWarrior.... Kuldane Stormhold meets with the party to determine a course of action. After much discussion, the bulk of the group is in for a bold plan to help save the Inner Sphere from the Succession Wars. Anna, who fears changing the timeline will cause catastrophic events, chooses to stay behind with the Buddhist monks and live a life in hopes of returning to her own time/space eventually. The party now sets off in search of heirs to the Cameron legacy, deeming the saving of Richard Cameron impossible. Their targets are: Lt. Jillian Cameron, 23rd in line for the throne. She serves currently as an aerospace pilot in the SLDF. Hershel Caemron, 12th in line. He is a student at the Nagelring Academy and is considered an irresponsible bumbling idiot. What will happen now as the group attempts to stop the inevitable? Find out, next week, on MechWarrior!
Previously, on MechWarrior.... On the planet of Lambrecht, Kuldane and his band of merry misfits convinced Jillian Cameron that her life was in danger. They proceeded to help stage an "accident" for Jillian and her wingman, Will "Roadkill" Rhodes. With the assistance of some allies Jillian had in house Kurita, she has escaped and has fled with the party in an attempt to stop the Inner Sphere from the coming turmoil. After traveling to Tharkad, the party decides that Hershel Cameron is not worth rescuing and silently bid him farewell. Jillian, however, does have a cousin not far from Tharkad, on the planet Coventry. Luceria Cameron has a bit of a roguish attitude, but is a smart leader and gentle soul... for a pirate. Will the party be able to rescue another Cameron before Stefan Amaris sets his plans in motion? Will their ruse work or will Amaris pursue them to the ends of the galaxy to eliminate Jillian? Found out, next week, on MechWarrior!
Last Night, in MechWarrior..... The party makes contact with a fence, believed to be working with Luceria Cameron. After a bungled attempt at following the party, and inept would be spy is spared bodily injury because of the negative impact it may have on talks with Luceria and the fence. Luceria, known as the Corsair Princess of Coventry, makes contact with the party. They request her assistance in stealing the Stormhold, hundreds of years before Kuldane acquires it. Can she be trusted? Will the attack on the same dropship the party currently uses cause problems for the party and Kuldane? Find out, next week, on MechWarrior!
Step one, bang head on wall. Step two, apologize that I won't be able to play tonight, RL has given me a big middle finger. Step three, try desperately not to shoot kids... unless with a paintball gun on a designated indoor course. In short, RL has kicked my butt, I have too much to do, kids are driving me nuts, I need to lock myself in my room and cry for a few hours. No gaming tonight.
Just a quick update. First, Overdrive had to bow out of MechWarrior. He has an early morning on Wednesdays and can't play. Second, We should be good to go tonight, on Terra, if we have the peeps, but I may be slightly late. Girl Scout meeting here about a half hour before and I need to be an involved parent so my wife doesn't go overboard. I MAY be a little late, but I doubt it.
Last night on MechWarrior: The party established their presence on Terra, operating out of Olympia, Washington. They are using the front business called Rodriguez Fashionable Mech Textiles. Kuldane is the Chief Executive Officer over the Terra branch. Yoshi is the IT Senior Advisor. Kazuko is the Chief Sales Officer and Executive Assistant. Kielk is the Vice Assistant Chair of Accounting. Under this guise they have begun infiltrating the court of Richard Cameron and his advisor Stefan Amaris. But first, they had to save Hershel Cameron from an assassination attempt on Tharkad.
Le sigh..... Something girl scout related came up again tonight (award ceremony, which was going to be at my house, and now is not). Good news, last day of Girl Scouts for several months. So, gotta cancel today (May 28), looking forward to June 4.
Hey everyone, If you are interested, we have room for more players. Tuesdays, 930 Eastern, usually play for about 2.5 hours. Currently the party is on Terra trying to stop the chaos of the Amaris coup.
is anyone interested? We are cool people, I promise. we can help with character creation and everything.
Kinky. Anyway... 2.5 hours... that would put me at 1 am end time for me.... Hrm.. I might be interested. Could I perhaps sit in on the next session and see if I'd be into it?
I'm going out of town with family to help fix a house today, so I might not be able to make it to mechwarrior tonight.
I can't get Teamspeak to even run at the moment. So calling tonight off. By show of hands, how many people do we have that are able and willing to play regularly through the summer? I am thinking we may have to put this on hold until late September anyway.
