NOTE:

• Non-officer ranks (enlisted ranks) have no intrinsic responsibilities beyond general participation.
• Forvaltare is assigned on a "first past the post" basis. Ties are settled by the first character to gain a drop number advantage.
• Fanriks are the ones primarily responsible for acquainting new players with Megamek game mechanics. They are also acting Lance CO for their lance when their Lojtnant is unavailable.
• Lojtnants are responsible for organizing their lance as required and coordinating their drops with the GM. They are also expected to stand in for Fanrik responsibilities as required.
• The Kapten is expected to assist the GM in all matters as required.
• Generally speaking, the Major can be considered the GM.
• Retired characters retain ranks, however, officers may be demoted upon reactivation as required (active members take rank preference).
