    Dihm would be correct. Sadly, September through October is going to be hell for me. Nursing school is dominating my schedule. When I'm not squeezing in time for work or trying to get at least four hours of sleep, I'm having to deal with the fallout of my Grandfather's death which just happened last weekend. I've been too busy to announce it until now.

    Some of you may recall that I've been taking care of him for the past couple of years. Don't worry about him or me; he died how he wanted to... in his bed at his home with my dad (his son) at his bedside and with dignity. At 87 and unable to move his legs from a recent resurgence of his polio, he was a prisoner of his own feeble body and he hated being without my grandmother who died years ago. If you believe in such things, we think he's in a much better place now... and if you don't (that's okay), well at least he's not miserable anymore. Either way, it's a win-win for him.

    The fallout of this is now I'm left with his house and two dogs to take care of. When not trying to keep up with my school clinicals, I've spent the week dealing with well-wishers, funeral people, and legal documents. If I had a dollar for everytime someone has said "sorry" this week... Honestly, if anything I'm glad for him, but I understand how people wouldn't expect that.

    At any rate, Megamek is on hold until I get this shit sorted. I would expect some motion by November... maybe... but I'm pretty well booked solid until then. I will try to poke my head in here when I can, but don't expect much from me for the next couple of weeks. I will also continue to post Megamek updates occasionally as needed. If we can't get drops done, I will at least try to make slow but steady progress on the Prometheus campaign and get admin stuff sorted for Turn 8. That way we can hit the ground running when we resume drops.
