    Alrighty folks this thread has a new and improved poll and more information.


    SERVER: Prophecy of the Five

    Okay, So we have a server and the poll is for the times people can play. We will be playing either Wednesday or Thursday. This is to avoid conflicts with other borg happenings. (Pathfinder Friday, Shieldwall/ARMA Saturdays, Monday MWO.)

    Alignment: I figure with character slots being what they are any of the new F2P people can have an Empire and an Alliance toon. I know some of us have more slots but lets think about the little people. We won't know where we are starting until we pick a side but no worries there. People with more character slots may have to bite a bullet on low level characters and plow though the starter worlds until we get everyone to the fleet.

    Again as always post anything thoughts about it all. Keep the thread serious. I will have it cleaned if I need to.

    Either day will work for me. Sith is preferred, but I should have the slots to run either alignment.

    I can make either day. No preference on alignment since I've got class stories from both sides I haven't played.

    I haven't played on a PvP realm. Are griefers gonna be a problem?

    I'd probably support wednesdays. While thursdays are still doable, the wife leaves at 8:30pm to start her night shift, the only day of the week she works those hours. id prefer to spend the time before she leaves with her... unless she's taking a nap.

    No PVP wont be an issue. The PVP int he game is limited to certain planets and only parts of the planets. We will be perfectly fine. The game is much much much more organized matches (the pvp que) then open world. 99/100 people in the open world will leave a group alone. the others we will smash easily. If a high end toon shows up (wont happen) we can literally go to another planet.

    I would think so, so long as your guy's at least at the same level as the rest of the group. If we're playing during the week I know my availability's going to depend on what's going on at work that day, and I'm probably not alone in that.

    I didn't vote because time of day isn't an issue for me so much as which days in the week. Monday nights should remain MWO night. Tues-Thursday is pretty much an impossibility for anything for me. Same for Sunday/. That leaves Friday or Saturday. Friday has Pathfinder so we should be mindful of people involved there. Saturday has been Elite or Arma, but I'm fairly certain we can work around that.

    I'd prefer Thursdays but I'm not picky about the day. Not picky about allegiance either though I never played the sith. I'm also really only good from 8-10.

    I recommend we not limit ourselves to dark or lightside. It sounds like there will be enough time and content to do both. Everyone should make at least one character for both.

    As mentioned before, I recommend we treat this like Pathfinder nights.

    almost never going to be able to make it on either of those days as those are days I work every week, unless I specifically request time off.

    I apparently have very strong negative opinions on PVP in general, and while it may not be as big a deal in this particular game, it is an utter non issue in a non-pvp server.

    Downloaded. I made a sith assassin and a alliance sharpshooter/smuggler dude. I'm playing the sith guy just for kicks and i'll reserve the alliance side for group play... they're both around level 4 right now, should I get them up a bit or is that fine?

    Ok.. so I must have had it installed on my laptop from the before time, from the long long ago... before I built my gaming rig. Tried to log-in using my various gaming accounts... none would work so I started a new account and when it got to the password bit and asked me to add a capital letter, it dawned on me what I was doing wrong. So I have access to my old account, all is well.

    I started a couple toons on 'Prophecy of the Five' but I keep playing them... so I hope this comes together soon. I have a level 6 Jedi Shadow and a level 3 Sith assassin, but they're likely not staying at those levels long, heh. If I get too far ahead, or you all need something different, I can re-roll.
