Actually yours isn't until Dec 31st, it goes by the date your application was closed and you were welcomed to the unit. Some like magnus would have an extra year or so where they were on the forums but hadn't joined yet.

4 years in a month or so. also i think smokey is up for his 4 years. i believe deathwatch, verg and blackfire are all at 4 years as well. also blackfires join date (at least forum join if not acceptance) was feb 29th. i think he should get something special for being on a leap day. Sheo and MH are also about 4 years. probably a few others. I'm just going off join dates from january-early april. i think solo is at 4 years also.
