    I had posted in roll call thread I was dropping cause I was moving Jan 22 and didnt know when I would have internet back. And I figured yall would be started by now and didnt want to hold yall up any. My asshole of an ISP finally come out today and get me hooked up. And since yall seemed to have totally ignored the first post and didnt remove me will be happy to keep my spot. :D

    I'm almost certain we can have a spot for you.

    Pretty sure david is still on board. And cara is still with us as of 1/23/13. A couple of weeks can change things, though. I recommend that all lance leaders start some conversation as I have done with Claymore in the Lance forum. Things will start moving more quickly as we get closer to launching the campaign (fingers crossed it will be this month)

    @Hordac: welcome back, buddy! it is exactly like you never left! :D

    No experience with MegaMek or Battletech but am pretty intrigued by both. Are there any openings for this? Would love to jump in.

    Sweet, what's the process for getting a spot? Any resources you guys recommend I read up on so I know the rules and how to make a character, etc?

    hah so sorry guys, tbh i completely forgot about this! >.> come to think of it i should probably get through some BT novels and learn about the lore before i go jumping into an RPG, and the blood of kerensky trilogy is next up on my list soon as i finish stephen king's "IT." it may be a better idea for me to catch you guys the next time around.

    no way! you are doing it backwards. getting involved isn't as hard as people think it is. join us for our next practice session and we can show you the ropes. :)

    let me know the next time you have a good 3 hour block. that will be all the time we need.

    Since we have not launched the campaign yet, there are no set meeting times right now. Meeting times will be decided by whichever Lance you are in when we get closer to launch. Until then, I am just announcing them on the fly (we had one yesterday). If you have a time you would like to meet (tonight?), let me know. As always, I'm easy to find on TS. Forum PMs work too.

    Character creation is now stupid easy too. I doesn't take more than 10 minutes to finish. It won't be a barrier for new players anymore.
