It's time we got organized for 2023! Join us March 4th @6p EST to discuss our plans for an Avorion server and hosting of BattleTech tabletop. I moved to Colorado and others got busy, but that doesn't mean we haven't been wanting to do these! Everyone, it's time to stop jerking off about it and do it! The meeting will center around discussion of our plans for both Avorion and tabletop BattleTech. Please come and show your support! Avorion Server Server up 24/7 Community Event - Friday; we have enough people that we will try to do two sessions (earlier and later) to accommodate everyone's time zones. early - meet time ~12p EST (WIP) late - meet time ~8p EST (WIP) Additional meet ups may be scheduled by individuals at other times that are convenient as needed as long as they don't interfere with other planned events. (y'all are grownups; no need to wait for me to plan everything. take initiative). Server should be up by next weekend. BattleTech Initial meet time: Saturday (time may fluctuate depending on peoples schedules). Goal will be to reduce sessions down to under 3 hours if possible; going to try both Classic and Alpha Strike rulesets to see what works easier. Using Tabletop Simulator (TTS); starting with simple exhibition games just to familiarize everyone. may switch to a persistent campaign if enough people are into that (if you are one of them, please voice your support). Again, additional meetups may be possible if people support such efforts. First session planned for this Saturday (March 11th). No prior experience needed - this will be like a practice session.
