Haki and I cannot connect to the TS server tonight. Magnus said he was able to, and I assume other people are able to. This has been a fairly regular issue with Lightspeed servers. Both of us are on Comcast, and we are in the South-East. I am not sure where the problem is, but like I said, this is not the first time it has happened.
unable to connect to light-speed TS servers, tried changing DNS but still having no luck, non light-speed servers seem to work just fine
Seems to work find right now and according to the servers logs you managed to connect 5 minutes after this post
Last night it threw me off as well. I was unable to connect for a couple of hours. I ended up going to bed, but I was able to connect this morning.
I've noticed that the TS server sometimes knocks the whole west coast offline. 2 nights ago about 12 people dropped, I'm east coast so I was fine, strange.
I'm connected from my netbook at my grandparents' house. Running Linux Mint 14 and the most recent version of Teamspeak for linux. Couple of people in the AFK channel.
Tried to stay online but got disconnected from TS every couple of minutes and then noticed that my whole wireless started to disconnect as well. Closed TS entirely and wireless works fine.
Is that not an option on the server? Permissions > Server Groups > "any group" > User > Modify > i_client_max_idletime For Admins: Set the negated flag to Server Admin's i_client_max_idletime of -1 This flag tells the server, that this permission has the highest value.
It is, we even had it activated for awhile. If it didn't disappear in an update. Then again, I don't see the issue with having people in the afk channel? That way you don't have to reconnect and can get pmed with whats going on at the minute and join people right away.
