Sunday is as follows: 11am EST for GMTeamers (or people who can't be on later). 3pm EST for everyone else. Please show up an hour early for respective times if you can so we can make sure everyone is ready to go.

Meeting times and days will probably be more organized in the future with more warning in advance. Apologies... I only got back late Friday and have been scrambling to have everything ready.

New campaign version uploaded with Delta Lance repairs, refits, retcons, and XP expenditures. Latest version is 8k.

Magnus... did you not like using the SoR rank structure I put in? I noticed it was reverted back to Star League.

 

I'm a dick and stole some of Stynnes responsibilities, I fixed up his Hatchetman using Gamma Lance's tech.

I also set Trevnor's character as a tech for his secondary role.

Latest version is 8l.

We have an unassigned Javelin in Alpha Lance for some reason, and it's missing a hand actuator. Not sure what we want done with that. We also have Xander's Hunchback which is missing an arm and is going to take a fair amount of tech-time to fix up. Since he's not in a lance, I had no clue who should repair him, of our available techs. I know my Delta tech is pretty busy for a while with customization.

Also, we have a damaged Lightning that's going to take an assload of time to get back up in the air.

Other than that, we're fully repaired and ready to rumble. Just need to know if you want me to update the ranks again to the SoR system.

 

No, I just never got around to changing it. The file you had with the rank changes was already old by the time I got it. Sorry about that. I didn't intend for you to change all the ranks yourself. I was just needing a new rank table/chart that could be applied later. We will definitely be doing it, though.

Be careful about failed repairs. They get harder each time you fail to the point where they become impossible to repair. I'm deciding on a way to fix "impossible" repairs and I'm leaning on having to ship the mech to a factory for a full overhaul in the most extreme situation. The benefit is that you get your mech back to shiney-new, but it also means your mech is unusable for 2-4 months (depending on factors). This solution would also solve how to remove negative quirks to mechs. Obviously, such an option is best utilized between contracts when there is significant downtime.

 

If by "primer" you mean instruction book, there isn't one as far as I know... not any good ones anyway. If you download my full game patch on the first post of this thread there should be some basic guides in a folder there, but it is far from complete.

If you new guys want to learn how to use it, best way is to join us in the fight to rid the FRR of slavers and murderers!

hop on TS. next set of missions won't be until around the 18th/19th so you have plenty of time to get your character setup and whatnot. check in with anyone part of the campaign admin and they will help you with any questions.

 

WARNING for Magnus and Lance Leaders. If you are looking at the personnel and you go in to GM Mode, Set XP for someone to see what it is at DO NOT HIT CANCEL. Hitting CANCEL will ZERO OUT their exp. Make sure you hit OK.
