Okay, before time jump I'd like to spend some XP, learn Administration/Logistics at level 1. That should leave me 2 XP which I will put towards aging and advancing Skwiglar.
Just a heads up before I do that, I also have Admin/Logistics. At least on this current character. I can spend that XP elsewhere if you wanna take over that role as the supply officer.

OKAY LANCE LEADER! After approval from the GM, my character skills updates are in the Dropbox. Check under megamek/character skills & bios/delta lance for the notepad file "Skwisgaar time jump skills". It will tell you what adjustments need to be made. If you have questions post them here in the Delta Lance thread under the MegaMek Campaign subforum of the Other Games forum on the uobgaming.com website forums. Also, the GM has requested that we select a 4th lance member since there are some unassigned right now. I believe the open members are Axevid, Drivermonkey and Ghizmo.
