on the bright side, now that we know what happens when you combine bad weather with VTOLs against infantry, i doubt you guys will have to deal with that again. the new rule for crosstraining gunnery skills should also give you more options next time as well. thanks for sticking it out everyone.
i have a final tally on how much money you made for that last mission. honestly, i think you guys did pretty well considerring you were almost all infantry. after salvage, i have you guys for 250k each (not to mention more XP for doing the mission). edit: i forgot to include the reward for completing the hidden secondary objective (all fuel tanks survive). that's an additional 50k to each of you for a total of 300k each. not really bad at all.
