Looking for a noon start time it seems, everyone was okay with it on TS, should still hold. Renolts is our odd man out, not sure who can get a hold of him.
he logged on later that night. didn't realize it was earlier in the day. i'm pretty sure he is off saturday, but i will remind him to meet at noon. also, someone needs to roll new mission parameters (basically, come talk to me about that). if you guys want setup to go faster, I recommend discussing in advance what you are doing for the mission.
Yeah, so I missed this morning because I was too hungover. Just take me out of the lance, since I cant seem to make the rounds.
@ Ibex: hey bud. I got good news and bad news regarding your Wolfhound. The bad news: according to the report, I was mistaken; the Wolfhound had CT destruction... from what I can tell, the fall must have put the nail in the coffin. The good news: our unit's insurance awards a minimum of 1 million c-bills. since your mech's *used* cost wouldn't have been much more than 1.2 million, you barely lost any at all (this was done purposefully to make the loss of light mechs less of a financial burden). you also have 2.15 million in savings. I don't have exact figures, but I'm pretty certain the last two missions will give a substantial reward as well. Now I do remember you saying you ejected safely.. and I believe you... but I'm wondering what "kind" of ejection it was.. Did you manually push the eject button yourself during the movement phase? Or did it autoeject you? If its the latter, that would explain the CT destruction (the pilot gets auto-ejected when that happens). If the former, megamek is lying to me and I will award you the full used value of your mech. regardless of the details, you should definitely be able to afford a bigger mech you've been saving for.
