So, since I'm a newb to MegaMek, I'm going to ask for the lances opinion on what I should do. I am going to run a Blackjack BJ1 which has 2 med lasers, 1 PPC and a Flamer. Heat is 23/20 and I am maxed out on weight. Armor is pretty thin so I can't take any off of there to add another HS. Should I make any changes or save my monies?
Magnus has 4pm est today available otherwise we are going to have to try and fight for a spot again with the other lances that can't get their acts together after snagging all the good nights. :unamusedcat: is anyone able to do this afternoon? if not what days this week work for you all?
Updated the original post with everyone's character info, if you spot anything wrong let me know and I'll make the edits to it. I tried to take everything from the latest save that Magnus had on dropbox to keep it current. If you have different mech images you want used we can swap those out, just tried to pick some that looked interesting for those that didn't have them in their posts.

sorry tzeentch... your picture wasn't that bad, but if i let you have yours we are only one step away from someone wanting naruto or some shit as their avatar. i have to draw the line somewhere on the bright side, i added a more "realistic anime" character to the list. look for _1_akira. might get you close to what you wanted.
Oh god not Akira... at lest the character I picked was an actual tank pilot/commander and not a suicidal god child. :disturbed:
When is everyone available this week? Kith Kinda is good for anyday except Thursday, given a day or so notice I'm good any day except for saturday night this week, and sunday before 2pm.

Sweet, I'll pencil that into my calendar. I'll probably get on TS a bit early so I can get help getting in and going over how this whole thing works. Never did Megamek let alone Megamek as an RPG. ;-)
thank you. the same should go for everyone who isn't familiar with how we do things. we won't need 8 hours. lets shave off two hours on either side and aim for 4-8pm EST. I can't be up too late tomorrow anyway. we will adjust that time if we have to.
