I'll fix shiz up once I know if we're time skipping or not. Looks like I got 4 xp, 2 for each mission. Not sure how we handle rolls of 12 and the like.
yeah, I don't know if i got any 12s or 2s, I have 9 XP total atm. just gonna save it until I know what we're doing for the timeskip.
I'm pretty sure it was supposed to keep track of that automatically. On a side note, we should know in the next couple of days what the plan for time jump is. Let's give poor Magnus a little while to decompress and get everything updated on his side Not to mention SLEEP!

Heheh. Thanks for being understanding guys. I will indeed be picking away at making things a bit more organised over the next couple of days. I can also confirm that MekHQ DOES handle XP awards automatically if the mul file was uploaded to dropbox correctly (VERY IMPORTANT). I will post more on exactly how it works later. I will also be taking this week to help members with upgrading their characters and/or mechs. As far as the timewarp goes... check for a new thread on the topic. Dihm, I leave it to you how you want to fill out your lance with members. Alpha and Beta are pretty much set (both need one more, though). Gamma I'm still unsure who is actually running the show. I'm encouraging people to fill lances with active members that can consistently all meet at the same time. Once we get things more organized, Lance Leaders will have free reign to meet on whatever days and time their lance can agree upon. I have things roughly organized as such: 1st Company Alpha: anytimers Beta: GMT times Gamma: used to be midnightish crew (not really anymore) Delta: ??? Omega: has been strictly for aerospace (some reorganizing may be in order) I will be posting in a new thread on the subject of Lance Leader and other positions available. Will also be posting another thread on lance organization, but wanted to posted it here too. Keep this thread on the topic of Delta Lance organization and keep an eye out for the others.
I think Skwisgaar's the only one with the whacky schedule among us, we're one person shy of being full, just like all the other lances.
Weeknights I can do EST evenings except Thursdays, weekends I can go Saturday evening or anytime Sunday.

I'm not sure how the heck we're supposed to do repairs at this point anyway. I'll need to grab Magnus and have him walk me through what he wants. We only have one tech, and right now some joker used all their time elsewhere. We have characters who are techs, but I figure I shouldn't just use up all their time on my mech. Oh, and we have no AC5 ammo, so suck it. Doesn't look like our salvaged mechs from Missions 6 and 7 made it in, but Mission 8's did.
If you can't catch Magnus he showed me how to do it also so I can impart my wisdom. *thud* Did you hear that? That's me dropping some knowledge on you.
No no, I know HOW to do it. It's the logistics that I'm uncertain on. Am I allowed, as Delta Lance Commander, to use Zech's and Barbie's character's time up and have them repair our mechs? Am I allowed to purchase items from the marketplace?
