BATTLETECH Keys Are On Their Way!

Manticores are easy to deal with. Just pepper it good then shoot it with something punchy like a ac10 or ac20.

It’s the SRM/lrm carriers, ppc shreks, and demolisher you need to worry about.

 

On my character I have nearly max stats (one point shy on pilot). I tell you, driving a king crab with dual AC/20 and an 18% called head shot is devastating.

 

I think behemoth took dekker' s place as the bullet magnet. Every mission she is on the mech gets messed up and she gets badly injured (at least 2 injuries). But if someone else is in that same mech it doesn't take as much damage.

 

That's her job in my crew. Move Behemoth in to a good fireing possitions and camp with bulwark doing its thing. Finally got her in something a bit bigger than the SH but I can't wait to get my first assault. She'll be king of the hill baby!

I'm trying to not reload, both Decker and Glitch got rando-killed by incredibly lucky shots within the first 4 missions. At least they weren't trained yet.

My 2nd play through has been rough. My character took a headshot and was down for 120 days. Then her first mission back she took another headshot.

She is so far behind the rest of the crew it isn't even funny.

 

For those that dont now yet. If you go to the star map, you can select any system you want travel to.

if its on the map. you can travel there for the most part. Most factions are restricted. Taurian Concordat isnt though along with unclaimed systems.

I found a couple systems selling complete mechs, working up rep with Davion hoping it'll open them up

 

Taurus, New Vandenburg, perdition, pinard all have mech manufacturing capacity in the Taurian Concordat. Whether they do in the game as well I don’t know as I have not been to them.

 

I really haven't seen any contrcats with the other factions. Not sure where to find them. Too much of my map is still travel restricted heh.
