Uh oh guys, Grim likes your members! Just ordered some Bev-Seal Ultra tubing for a blow-off (to be used before putting on my drylock) and for racking/bottling. I think I'm just about ready to go, just need my oranges and yeast, which I'll be picking up this weekend.

Okay, I THINK the yeast is working... not foaming all that much. Should I top it off, and put on the dry lock? Or wait a day or two?
