    Releasing first for Playstation and Xbox, followed by a PC release. I've been a huge fan of the series since its release on the PS2. Is ANYONE else getting this? January 2018 release.

    Well if it's not obvious how hype I am for this game already already, I'm getting it for both Playstation and PC. This is a game that's played better with friends although it is entirely soloable. They're taking their sweet time with the PC release however to make sure there aren't any bugs and to optimize it, so we won't see it on steam until autumn.

    I've talked with a couple of buddies about this. I've never played a Monster Hunter game before, but this does seem like the kind of thing that would be up my alley. I will probably get this when it releases on PC.

    Some absolute madmen figured out how to kill Nergigante in under 2 minutes... BY NUKING IT WITH FIRE.



    The set up was perfect. Eight Large barrel bomsb, got it stuck in a fire trap, and paralyzed it before dropping cluster bomb ammunition on top of it all. Glad that thing's gonna have a bigger health pool at release.

    pic broke, but a bunch of reviews came out today, mostly in the 90s and over. So sounds good. Never played MH games before, it seems dark souly in intent but with a bit more anime in style.

    So they just surprise announced an update for this week. They're essentially adding a fucking gold plated nidhoggr for us to fight in it's own new area.

    They also made it so that flashbombs (EZ mode stun grenades) Have rapidly diminishing efficacy against tempered elder dragons, and after several uses will eventually stop affecting said dragon all together... They increased the rewards from elder dragon hunts to account for the tougher challenge.
