Might be a good week for limited operations, so the rest of the company can rest and refit. Delta can do a mission but we might want to take it easy with the other lances so they can get their mechs fixed up?

I'll be going over the repairs with Magnus in a little bit. He says we shouldn't be in too bad shape though so I don't know. I'l get back to you guys in a couple minutes here.

fyi I had the repairs done already using the latest save file this morning. Everything is fixed save for the internal damage we all took. With the banshee missing its left arm and everything in it not fixed we have all the mechs back to 100% (-internal damage added for astech roll)
We still have 42 min of repair ability with our tech to start on the internals.

I believe we can get our lance in somewhat of a fighting order, at least to be able to defend ourselves. We're making use of the Doubled Rate for astech repair from the negotiation roll. Magnus has enabled Overtime for our Astech as well.

The Griffin's a quick fix, just armor.

The thunderbolt's next, again armor and a ton of LRM ammo.

The Crab's next, having our Tech completely focus on this up and running.

My Banshee will be last up. I'm taking advantage of the two salvage jobs we get out of our Astech bonus to salvage the PPC and Armor from the left arm which is a big cutback on the time for that location. And then replacing the ammo for the Srm and Ac10.

My plan for the banshee is to get at least 2/3 of the primary weapons functional and engage from range if we get in a fight, between the 2 ppcs and the AC10. With the ER lage lasers on the crab, the ppcs, ac10's and lrms we should be able to hold back and play defensively. Combined with our support this turn from the light and heavy support mechs we get from the Leadership role. I still strongly believe we should return NW at least to be closer to Beaconlight and therefore reinforcements. I think we should talk one of the other lances into coming with us now as well. Between two lances and the Martillo forces there we should be in a good spot to hold out until repairs are finished on the Banshee.

I will be back at around 10pm to look over the tech repairs and see exactly how far I can get my banshee back up after the Crab is working. I want you faster guys to be working first.

See previous post, other than the missing left arm that we don't have for the banshee and the internal damage from the astech roll we are repared

Well, and I don't think that was taking the negotiation role into consideration to speed up repairs was it?

We're going to have some fun this next round with the ambush deployment, but I think we'll be okay.

Retcon on that. MH did those repairs without the Astech bonus, so we can take one of your other negotiation bonuses instead. Also, the ac10 was actually in the Left Torso not the Left Arm so I'm getting that back. We're getting additional repairs to our internals. We're pretty much back up to speed with the exception of my left arm and the one PPC on it. Since it's your negotiation roll, which one of the other bonuses do you think we should take?

@MagnusEffect - IIRC, the remaining two options were deployment to a different part of the global map, or a gunship to weaken the enemy BV by...10%? Can you confirm?

I'd prefer late morning if at all possible, something like a start time around 10 or 11 est on Sat.

Alternatively, if we want to drop late night like we did last time I would also be open to a 10 PM PST or something, but I water that's too late for others.

On Sunday I'll be busy until about 7ish EST.

Well then you guys are just going to have to drop without me. If Sat/Sun are out, my schedule is not going to coincide with the rest of yours this week.

sunday is only bad for me this week because i have an exam the next day (same goes for any day before i have an exam). saturday nights are a possibility too , but it would be nice to leave some nights to do something.. well... not megamek.

i might be able to swing late saturday night some weeks when i got nothing going on.

there isn't any need to rush our drops either. i appreciate people's enthusiasm, but i still need to finish pre-mission rolls with lance leaders... still need to build OpFor for your missions... select mission maps... etc.

ie. there is still a lot to do before we start drops :)
